All rights are reserved. The marks, names, and logos displayed on this site are the trademarks and service marks of US-IRAN MONITOR, whether or not registered, and may not be used without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this site and to share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, download (other than ordinary browser caching), republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any content on this site, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Proprietary methodology & trade secrets
The Monitor Index, its scoring methodology, factor taxonomy, weightings, baselines, sensitivities, and underlying algorithm — together with our research processes, models, and analytical frameworks — constitute the confidential and proprietary information and protected trade secrets of US-IRAN MONITOR. Only the computed result values are published on this site; the underlying scores, weights, notes, and formulas are deliberately withheld and are not made available to the public. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, derive, reconstruct, copy, or attempt to discover, recreate, or misappropriate this methodology or any part of it, and not to use any output of the Monitor Index to train, build, or benchmark a competing product or model. Unauthorized access to or misappropriation of these trade secrets may give rise to civil and criminal liability, including under the U.S. Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and applicable state law.
Sanctions & export-control compliance
